2024 Turquoise Coast Festival

Marine Rescue Jurien Bay had the pleasure of participating in the “Blessing of the Fleet” at the 2024 Turquoise Coast Festival on Saturday, 23 November 2024 with both our vessels.  A HUGE THANK YOU to our wonderful skippers, crew and volunteers and to Father Simeon, Parish Priest, Church of our Lady Start of the Sea, for officiating over the Ceremony.

Many thanks also to our volunteers Connie, Jan, Pom, Julie, Kym, Steve, Eve, Raelene, Pat, Carla and Dolly for “manning” our stall and to Suzanne (morning) and Ali (afternoon) who looked after the radio monitoring at the Marine Rescue Tower.   The lucky winner of the $5.00 money raffle was our very own Kym!
